The 8th IEEE International Conference on Industrial Cyber-Physical Systems (ICPS 2025) took place from May 12 to 15 in Emden, Germany, under the motto “The Ongoing Digital Transformation.” This major international event brought together experts from academia and industry to explore the future of industrial automation, AI-assisted systems, and cyber-physical integration.

As part of the “Digital Transformation, Paradigms, Methods and Tools” track, Ármin Zavada, Research Engineer at IncQuery, presented the paper “Towards a Configurable Verification and Validation Framework for Critical Cyber-Physical Systems.” The paper was co-authored by Géza Kulcsár, Vince Molnár, and Ákos Horváth, in collaboration with the Critical Systems Research Group at the Budapest University of Technology and Economics (BME). The research is linked to the flexible Production Value Networks (fPVN) project, which aims to support adaptive, secure engineering practices across industrial value chains.

In parallel with the conference, IncQuery also participated in the annual fPVN General Assembly, which brought together project partners to review progress, coordinate upcoming activities, and strengthen collaboration across the consortium.
